Giving

We do a lot of things at Middlesbrough Community Church and there are a lot of people who are generous with their time, money and energy.

At a basic level, money is the practical stuff that helps us achieve the things we do. At a deeper level, we believe God asks us to be cheerful, generous and sacrificial with what He has given us. The bible calls this stewardship and we seek to be good stewards of the resources we have available to us. It’s part of our worship to God.

If you’d like to support us further in the things we do and the way we are serving people, then first of all thank you for your donation! If you regularly attend Middlesbrough Community Church and you pay income tax, then you may want to consider setting up a Gift Aid through Stewardship Services. Stewardship services is a charitable organisation that manages all the administrative task associated with claiming back tax on our behalf. They’re a non-profit organisation and they serve us well. If you don’t pay income tax but would like to give regularly then we could help you set up standing order from your bank. Most of our giving comes through these two routes.
